The 7+1 Education Model encompasses a four-month internship at the end of the program, allowing students enrolled in the Computer Engineering undergraduate program at Abdullah Gül University to apply the theoretical knowledge and experiences gained during their first seven semesters of study. This model enables students to develop the skills acquired through laboratory and workshop practices, understand the responsibilities, relationships, production processes, and new technologies relevant to their future workplaces, and learn to address problems and solutions related to their field through teamwork.
Our students have completed long-term internships in prestigious companies in Turkey, such as Aselsan and Havelsan, as well as in countries like Germany and Denmark, focusing on artificial intelligence, 5G communication, software, and defense technologies. Many of them have subsequently started their careers as full-time engineers.
